Background

Hello! My name is Rebecca Mulder, but I prefer to be called Becca. I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan, but I left the west side of the state over a decade ago and now call Ann Arbor home. I received my Bachelor's degree from University of Michigan in Neuroscience. I worked in several research labs before pursing a career in Dentistry - studying topics ranging from the psychotropic effects of sleep deprivation to the cardiovascular health in tetraplegics. Prior to my matriculation into dental school, I worked as an oral surgery assistant to familiarize myself with the field of dentistry, and in May of 2024 I earned my DDS degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. With my background in oral surgery, I have a predilection for extractions and implants. I am eager to start my career and willing to adapt to new environments. In my free time, I enjoy biking, gardening, yoga, and most of all spending time with my dog, Henri.
