Background
Dr. Lauren Mies is a 2013 graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry and has practiced as a general dentist just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin for about six years. Both natives of Livonia, Michigan, she and her husband, Jeff, recently relocated back to Michigan after he accepted a job in the Metro-Detroit area. Happy to be closer to family with their 18 month old son, Benjamin, Dr. Mies is also excited to find her “forever” practice to join now that she has returned home.
Dr. Mies’s clinical interests include cosmetic dentistry, including crown and bridge and implant restorations, as well as oral surgery. She is experienced in treating patients of all ages in a busy family practice setting. Dr. Mies is a firm believer in treating the patient as she would any member of her family, with an emphasis on preventative care, conservative dentistry, and the oral-systemic connection.
