Associate Dentist (Full- or Part-Time)

Hartland, MI, USA Full Time
Compensation: $160,000 to $300,000 Annually
$800 Daily guarantee for first 3 months

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated associate dentist to join our growing privately-owned family dental practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, building long-term patient relationships, and working collaboratively with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and routine dental care, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canal therapy as appropriate.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Review and interpret X-rays, diagnostic images, and patient health histories.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records in accordance with practice standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, front office staff, and practice leadership to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Follow infection control, sterilization, OSHA, HIPAA, and other applicable safety and compliance standards.
Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices in dentistry.

Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active and unrestricted dental license in Michigan, or eligibility to obtain Michigan licensure.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care.
Excellent communication and chairside manner with patients of all ages.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in a private practice or clinical setting preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
